		<description>Hi Scott,

I wanted to say that I am in the Early Childhood Program (PreK-3) and while you are specializing in Secondary our views for students are still very similar. When you stated &quot;...allowing students more freedom to explore their own interests at their own pace&quot; made me think of the core emphasis that the ECE program pushes on us. It is true, whether students are in the beginning stages of schooling or the ending stages, their learning should be explored and at their own level. I appreciate seeing that you believe in that too because I have not yet had the opportunity to see how middle years or secondary programs view their students. Although, I am sure we all have similar values in our students, some aspects may be different because of the stages in life they are in. Thanks for your post!!

		<description>Hi Scott,

I remember you talking about Project Based Learning in EADM 310 last semester. I was really interested in hearing about the project you described at Scott Collegiate. I think Community and Project Based Learning is very effective because the student is directly involved and motivated in his or her own learning. I look forward to reading more about your research, learning, and projects!
